Add option for whether or not to wait on connections

Vapir-firefox counts connections and the #wait method waits for the number of completed connections to equal the number of started connections so that ajax calls will block #wait.
This is not entirely reliable, it seems; there has been a report that this is causing the page to wait forever. There should be an option to disable this behavior.
