Fix FF performance on Mac, *nix, and 1.9 on windows

Talking to JSSH with JsshObjects is abysmally slow on Mac, nix, and windows with ruby 1.9. It is good on windows with ruby 1.8.. The socket just seems to go about an order of magnitude slower everywhere else. I feel like I've gotten every optimization I'm capable of out of JsshSocket, and any further improvement is just going to have to be limiting the amount of socket-talking that occurs. This means finding the places in the code where the most socket activity is occurring and rewriting it in javascript instead of ruby.
