get rdoc working with container methods

rdoc doesn't deal with container_single_method and container_collection_method. these should define methods on the common Container module.
possibly fixed by generating a ruby file for the common container with these methods, which rdoc will parse. possibly fixed by hacking into rdoc to tell it how to recognize these.
